Touchwood Joinery’s quality policy is to provide the best service possible for our customers enhancing customer experience and satisfaction, whilst remaining competitive and current. To provide our team with focus and direction so that we can be the best we can be in all we do. We are a family company, endeavouring to lay down strong foundations to preserve excellent quality and best practice for future generations.

To foster a culture where employees have a safe, respectful, and rewarding work environment taking continuous steps to ensure this is achieved. Ensure staff have training opportunities to improve their skill sets and in doing so to improve our quality processes.

To say what we will do by ensuring we deliver customer quotations and queries on time and in a professional manner. By requesting and listening to customer feedback to enhance our services.

To be honest and transparent in all transactions between employees and customers at every stage of the process.
